We host a variety of field hockey clinics and camps. These programs are typically held one day a week over an eight week period. They are designed to provide players with the fundamentals needed to develop their field hockey and athletic skills in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. This is a crucial age for this type of development and our staff is experienced in providing skilled instructions for all levels of players. We are currently running the following:

• Youth Field Hockey Programs (Grades 4th to 8th)
• Field Hockey Camp Program (Grades 4th - 8th)

Youth Field Hockey Programs
2 Sessions - 8 week program for $115 per player

Our Youth Field Hockey program is designed to provide players with the fundamentals needed to develop their field hockey and athletic skills in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. This is a crucial age for this type of development and our staff is experienced in providing skilled instructions for all levels of players.

• Essential stretching exercises
• Pre-game clinic
• Small sided games with equal playing time
• Rotating positions

Participants are required to have a mouth guard, shin guards and a stick.

Field Hockey Camp Program (Grades 4th - 8th)

Stay out of the Sun and Rain. The Connecticut Sports Complex offers indoor camps for Speed & Agility, Field Hockey, Lacrosse and Soccer. Campers will be taken through all phases for these different sports, thoughtfully integrating technical components in a fun an innovative way. Players will be grouped by age, playing ability and experience. Our camps are ideal for players from the beginner thru the intermediate level.
