0], b) head to head [does not apply if more than two teams are tied
in points], c) total bonus points [maximum of 3 goal differential],
d) goals against, e) goals for, f) penalty kicks (3), if still tied,
sudden death kicks will result.
The outdoors-offside
rule doesn't apply.
The goalkeeper
passback rule does apply.
A goal cannot
be scored directly from a kickoff.
On goal kicks
or keeper possessions, (allowing for 5 seconds to get rid of the
ball), the ball must touch either the floor or a player from either
team before crossing the third line (offensive third). Violations
result in an indirect free kick at midfield.
Free kicks will
be either direct or indirect, depending on the foul, (FIFA rules
apply). Defending players must be at least five yards from the ball.
Anytime ball
hits an overhead obstruction, play is restarted by an indirect free
kick from the nearest line (depending on which third of the field
the ball hits).
Kick-ins will
be used to restart play instead of throw-ins. Ball must be placed
no more than 1 yard from the line. They are indirect except for
corner kicks, which are direct.
Slide tackles
will not be permitted.
Any ejected
player or coach is ineligible for their next game and may not be
replaced during the game from which they were ejected. The DIRECTORS
reserve the right to permanently suspend particularly unruly players,
coaches or teams.
No protests
will be entertained.
